Xerox 5855 prints extremely slow

Hi!

Have you tried changing port from RAW to LPR or vice verse?

Navigate to Start -> Devices and Printers and select the correct printer, right click and
choose “Printer Preferences”.
Go to Ports -> Configure Port and change the port protocol being used.

Any changes?

What type of document is being printed?

Hello,

I have a client with one of these network printers. Have tried three different drivers and disabling the print spooler. Still prints at fastest i page per 30 seconds.

Have four other network printers on the network. All print pages in five seconds.

Have printed a page from the web interface for the printer, it prints in 5 seconds. Was told by support this means my problem is with the print driver. Have tried three different drivers. Systems are Win 7 64. All on Server 2012 domain.

Have spent three hours on the phone with support. Have been waiting for a return call or e-mail for four days now.

Have same problem on evey workstation on the network.

Any suggestions?
