Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for the fault code 093-972. Also try removing the cartridge turn the machine off and wait for 2 minutes, Install the old cartridge that was working and turn the machine back on. If none of this works please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Hi, I'm having trouble clearing the error message from a bad cyan cartridge. My printer will not recognize the non-Xerox I had installed, nor will it recognize the old empty one. No other functions are accessible. I need to scan a document, but my printer is little more than a paperweight until I can clear this error.
