Hello jayuk76,
The problem that you are experiencing is not a known problem, therefore, please call the Xerox Customer Technical Support Line at 800.835.6100 and ask to be connected with the second level support team. Please explain to them the issue that you are having, how often you experience it, what computer equipment you have connected to your printer, what program you are using to view/print your bar codes and bold print, and any other information that they may request. If, after working with the Xerox Technical Support Team, your printing issue goes away, could you please revisit this forum and tell us what was done to resolve the issue?
Thank you,
John
Hi
Of late - when i print bold or say bar codes the lines of the black on the page come out in big smudges. I have checked the toner and cartridge and all is ok.
I have performed a test page and all is ok.
Its just when I do bar colds or bold?
Any reason?
