We have a Xerox 6204 with Accxes Client Tools 15.00.46.
When we print pdfs, often we have an error/warning page that says:
Error: PDF Interpreter Error
Data Format: Postscript
%% [ PDF TO PS CONVERSION ERROR: A DRAWING ERROR OCCURRED. ] %%
It seems like this is pretty random. It can happen with a single page pdf, or on the 4th page of a multipage pdf. Our work around has been to rasterize the pdf and then convert back to pdf but this is time consuming and the resulting print is of greatly reduced quality.
Does anyone have any ideas on what this is? Is it a setting on the machine, accxess tools, or in acrobat? It now happens on a daily basis and although this has been an excellent printer, our boss is thinking we should not by a Xerox again. I would like to prove him wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
