We are getting a Chain Link error 123-314 on our machine. Would someone be able to give me more detail about this message?thanks,

The beginning of the chain 123 identifies an Internal Communication Error, Firmware download failure or Power On Self Test (POST) Fault.
Not sure if you have tried powering off and on the system.
