MAX DS, you need to buy them, call Xerox. I don't know if they would still sell them due to their age though

I reveiewed all possible options... and no luck :(

printer still print test page, but only thru www., but form PC ...as soon I will send file (PDF) to print..

1. printer wakes 

2. I see Progress window (like file is sending to printer - flattering procentage), and ....in this moment frozen! ("Progress (Not Responding)") and whole Adobe  & print window not respond and have to be restarted

Any idea where can be ther problem?

There are codes for print, as well as scan, as well as copy. You clearly do not have the one to print

The reference you mention was for Jupiter based devices (Colorqube 92XX) from Xerox, not the wide format machines.

On the 6204 it means:

Open and close the rear door.  Make sure the machine is in a climate controlled environment. Fault 071-940 RFC 1 Jam or Error, check for an jammed paper or paper pieces.

As for "os enablement key not instaled" the closest I have come to that message is "OS enablement feature key not instaled"

Which means is the paid option to get the controller to either print, copy or scan. The error occurs when you attempt to use one that is not enabled.

They are not free, so if you lost, or never had the feature enablement key you would have to buy one somewhere.

HELLO i have a probleme with my work centre xerox 6204

when in print whit Autocad i have this error code 71-940  whit Error warning page (os enablement key not instaled)

I did search on the internet, I found that the code 71-940 means( tray lift up rap)  I do not understand what it is about ...thanks.

hi!

Im not alble to select "print as Image". It is not active option

plus just after file has been sent to printer  and Progress window open, Adobe froze, same think in other program for PDF's

cancel doesnt work and i have to go to task manager to edn this process

Any idea why??
