Thank you for using the forum.  I have searched our 6204 product knowledge base for a solution.


I didn't find the exact issue/solution but this might contain information regarding setup that might help.


It discusses the Web Print Management Tool which might have something to do with the issue you describe.

Xerox 6204 will not print

I'm using the FreeFlow Accxes Printer driver and have it set up in the Protocol to use LPR with the queue name of plt00t.  The job will disappear from the computer print queue and on the printer lcd screen it will say job pending then it disappears and nothing happens.  I can ping the printer and I can get to it through a web browser.  I've tried two other printer drivers, no luck.   I can use the scanner feature and retrieve the scan jobs from the same computer but just can't print.   This exact question was posted on Just Answer website but there wasn't an answer for it.  Any suggestions?
