Thank you for the recommendations. We print the fronts and manually turn and print backs. I ran 12x18 80lb gloss text and no issues
Try it on 24lb paper to see if its a transfer issue with the thick stock. Are you doing auto duplex? Are you using the correct setting?
Roatate the paper 90 degrees and retry.
Some stocks (usually with long grains) do this with a high heat fuser, if it does not happen when rotated, the stock is the issue. (If the stock cannot be rotated due to size, cut a page down and scale the job to the new stock size as a test.)
To eliminate software, print in reverse order and see if the opposite side gets color shift, if it does, the stock is still the issue.
Can anyone help with issue we are having. We are printing full coverage front and back on a 12pt C2S stock 300gsm. The front will image fine (emerald green) but when we print the backup the color wont print the same green, looks as if the yellow color drum isnt printing (back prints blue) Could it be a voltage issue? All other 2 side print jobs print fine.
