We have been having a reoccuring problem with the printer functionality going offline after a jam or error. The only way we have found to get it back on-line is to reboot the machine. it has happened twice after errors 075-135 and once after a 012-161 error. We can ping the machine and get to the web page but to the print server it is offline and will not respond.
