You neglected to answer half of my questions and it has taken more than a month so far.
If the driver was installed correctly and you won't troubleshoot that then I have nothing to offer, if the right driver is installed the right way and the issue only affects the people with Windows 10 then the problem isn't Xerox.
But if you will go ahead and finish answering my questions we can move on to the particular driver (v3 or v4), the port (Windows will overwrite any driver you make and go with a WSD port if you make a slight miss-step) and authentication if the print actually makes it to the printer.
I would like to thank you for your reply so regarding my issue ,
WIFI and wired connexion are ine the same LAN,the driver PCL6 had been installed corrcetly .
other users who have Windows 7 can print accross wifi without probleme .
any suggestion will be greatly appreciated .
You have provided nothing to go on.
Can you ping it from the PC?
Are you expecting Windows 10 to install it via the wizard and not at all trying to use the Xerox print drivers?
Are you using a Class driver, a V4 driver with the Xerox Print Experience app, or the v3 drivers from Xerox.com?
Does the driver crash during install or does it install but the print job doesn't leave the PC?
Does the job leave the PC but fail in the printer within Job Status > Completed Jobs?
Why do you specify WiFi, is it because it works when the PC is wired or because you think the WiFi and the Wired network are different LAN's?
