Xerox 7220 waste toner container full too early

Hi,

WC7220 is 80% B/W and 20% color machine.

For best results of overfilling of wste container upgrade softare machine and do this: Waste Toner Container Life

Login as Admin & enter Tools. Under Device Settings scroll down and select "Toner Waste Control". Select "Enable" and "OK". When enabled, the system will make adjustments to extend the life of the Toner Waste Container.

Dear all,

I've got Xerox 7220. And it shows that waste toner container is full with only 3000 pages printed, but it should last for 35 000 pages! And this is not first time I have this issue. What can be wrong?
