Hello again.  Thank you for the response and direction.  We will try that today.  Were you able to see the upload we made (with the blotching)?  Are we doing something wrong with the upload?  We converted it from a .pdf tp .jpg file.  It uploads fine and displays correctly in the response box.  The when we click post it appears something goes wrong.  Any chance you could point out what we are doing wrong in terms of the post for including the attachment?

95mm repeating defects are from drum cartridges and yes they are interchangeable (they are the same for all colours).

Hi Gabi,

Thank you for the response.  Here is an example printout with the issue.

The blotches are about 3-3/4 inch apart.  Does this suggest or guide you to anything that could be causing the issue?  We have not yet switched drum cartridges.  Is it okay to switch them or are they locked to the color they serve?

Hi,

It could be from K drum cartridge. Swap the drums between them ( eg. K with M ) to see if the issue is moving to that color. And it will be better to upload an image here on the forum so we can help you.

Hello there.  We are experiencing a problem with random black spotting on printouts and copies.  The problem just started recently after a preventative maintenance and service to replace the black toner cartridge was performed.  Prior to this, there were no print quality issues.  The service folks were contacted but walked away from the issue.  Any guidance/direction/advice as to what is happening and what to do next would ne appreciated.
