Hi Dig,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Make sure that you do not have draft mode turned on in the driver.  Select High Resolution in the Print Quality drop down and you should have the 1200x2400.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox 7435 printing resolution

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a Xerox WC 7435. I have read in the specs that is has a printing resolution of 1200 x 2400 but whenever I look at the driver it only allows me to choose 600 as the highest setting.


Am I missing something? How do I get the higher resolution printing?

 

Any help appreciated.
