Are you certain that is the fault?

It seems to be missing at least 3 digits before the 340

Xerox 7500 Faded Print

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi,

 

I have a Xerox 7500 thats printing very faintly. I checked the Error message history and there seems to be a repeating error message of 340:92973

 

Anyone know what this could be and if it is linked to the print quality?
