Xerox 7500 Phaser Printer is smearing ink

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
We have an office printer(xerox 7500) that is smearing ink on the front and back of the pages. The printed side of the paper will have little spots missing ink. The back side of the paper has streaks pretty consistently toward the top center of the page. The printer has started recalibrating more when trying to print. It also has trouble at times running multiple pages from the tray 1 manual feed. You have to feed the paper to the printer one at a time. We are using the same paper we have always used. Please help with recommendations to try to fix these issues.
