I came across this post when I encountered the same problem. I also found the solution at another forum:
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Take a look at the solution for setting up the banner page from the support page for your machine and make sure you have followed all the steps. If this does not fix the issue make sure you are using the latest firmware and driver for your machine. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance if these suggestions do not help.
We have banner pages setup on our Xerox 7535 and it is set to print the UserID but no matter who prints to it Remote User is the only ID it prints we need it to print the actual UserID printing the documents. Is there a way to set this up? The option for Job Owner UserID and Job Name is what we have selected for Banner Sheets.
