Fault code from the machine 375.210.00
Joe,
Tray 5 lifts itself when turning on the machine, i plug it off with machine running and tray in closed position it was rising and lowerin.
I powered off the printer with the tray in closed/up position and finally it gave me tray status ready i loaded the paper and it was trying to print and game me an error of tray 5 faulted.
Once again powered the machine with the tray in up position the error code is gone, but still doesnt get to print out anything.
It means the Bypass cannot lift the tray riser.
It does that when you power on or wake the device from sleep mode, it also does that when you load the tray.
If it doesn't do that, I would guess the port you plug it into was/is the bad component and the tray itself is fine.
If I physically unplug mine (just the bypass plug) with the machine on, then plug it in again it will then raise and lower the tray as well.
We have Xerox 7765 we had troubles with out bypass tray and we purchased a new tray thinking its defective any ways we have the same issue going on Status Code 03-591-00. When we check status on trays it says tray 5 (bypass) unknown
Is there something we are missing?
Thank you!
