Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution for printing a booklet from InDesign.  This particular solution is for a different machine but the solution may work for you as well.  If not please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox 7800GX: Pages 3 and 4 Don't Print in 4-Page Booklet Mode

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Trying to print 11x17 booklet (four 8.5x11 pages) to 7800GX from InDesign 5.5 running under Win 7. Pages in InDesign are 8.5x11 reader order and sent that way to 7800. Set up 7800 with 11x17 page size and booklet mode. Pages 1 and 2 print in proper position, but pages 3 and 4 are blank. When I send the job from InDesign I see it send all four pages.
