Solved!! The top cover that lifts up came off of the brass bushing of the shaft so the top exit rollers were not making good contact with the bottom rollers. Thanks all !
I am having an issue with jamming in the finisher after it collates about the first 8-10 pages then it jams. Short edge seems to run better but when I run long edge it jams every time. I tried different stocks but with the same result. The stacker is off of a Workcentre 7545.
