Hi,

If it prints the start up page, maybe you have a problem when the paper is turned by the duplex module. Try to send a print in single side, no duplex. If the print comes out, then is problem in that area and you should ask for a field engineer.

Xerox 8560 MFP Shuts down and paper jams every time.

Hi forum,

 

I have an 8560 MFP that will paper jam in the front at every print job.  I tilt/open the access area and pull out a single sheet of paper in the rollers.  The system will go thru its warm up and then print the start up page.  I think great it prints.  So, I print my job and its all over again...shut down, reboots, paper jam, warm up and print the start up page.  This is all it does.  Thank you for your help and reply to my problem!
