I am having an issue with an 8560mfp that is continuosly going offline. Once offline I can ping the printer by IP address but cannot open up the web configuration page. I have tried using the various add printer utilities from Xerox to try and add the printer again but it cannot be found even if I point to it by IP address. These issues temporarily go away after cycling the power.
The PC that I am working from is a Windows 8 machine that was just recently installed. The issue was not present with the previous Windows XP machine.
Any help in narrowing down the issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
