Xerox 8570 - Printer Jam - Open Door A to Clear (No Paper Jam)

This printer is a mess. I have the same problem, printer in a home environment, less than 10,000 pages, and I can't used a paper tray, only manual feeding. Xerox needs to fix this, too many people are complaining about this. I know I will never buy Xerox, and certainly recommend against buying them if they can't get their stuff together and service their customers properly. And, please, do not send me to check for paper jams, I did. The only jam is on your side.

There are  no fault codes.  When you turn the printer on, it says the Tray is lifting, then it goes to Warming Up and it gets up to about 46 % percent complete before it displays the paper error message.  It tells you to open Door A, we do and then once we determine there is no paper visible, we close the door and it starts cycling through the warming up process again and only gets to about 6% percent before it errors out again.  I've  used compress air to blow out eveything that I can get to where the tray normally sits, and inside as much as possible.  Where exactly are the senors that I need to be making sure are clean?  Forgive me, I am not that well versed with these printers.  I just know that when they have the slighest problem they are down hard and if they are no longer under warranty it's costly to have them looked at and repaired by a certified Xerox technician.

Any fault codes?

Have you looked for dirty sensors in the area? (Try compressed air)

We have a Xerox ColorQube 8570DN that keeps giving us an error and referencing a printer jam at Door A.  We have opened A, B, and C and there clearly is no paper that is visible in those areas.  It also says it needs a cleaning sheet.  We've changed out the Maintenance Kit and everytime the printer is rebooted, it warms up and never makes it to main menu - the printer jam error message appears each and every time.  We have pulled all the paper trays and reinstalled them.  Does anyone else have an idea what might be going on?  Please advise!!!
