We have a Xerox 8850 plotter and now have PC's operating windows 7 professional 32bit. We were told to use xerox 510 drivers with the 8850 since windows 7 drivers are not available for the 8850. The 8850 and 510 use the same print driver supposedly.
We have the drivers loaded, we use the accounting option in our office and that is where the problem exists. The accounting box does not appears to ask for a users number and account number when printing, so we get error pages from the plotter. We have checked the option ti use accounting in the setup.
The plotter is running accxes 11.0 as are the other (XP based) PC's in the office. I was told this is not an issue but question that advise.
