Is there a fault code displaying associated with this issue. Are you sure the appropriate ink is loaded in the corresponding spot?

I have a client with a Xerox 8900 ColorQube, about a month ago, an issue popped up..
No printing or scanning, the color pucks will not slide down the shute, the mechanism will not lower to allow color puck to move into position.
Anyone have any insight or is it time to get another unit
