Hi There,

 

I am having problem with the machine above, the SC045-315 intermittenly occurring, I already checked the MCBoard and the flat cable, it seems that everything was perfectly fine. First time this code appeared when I arrived onsite, the machine was ran out of Magenta toner, I replaced magenta and power off and On the machine it was working for few days and when the machine ran out of black toner, the code was occurred again. I advised customer to replaced the toner and power off and on the machine, it was working for about 3 days, now this code occurred again. What should I do?

Do ineed to replaced the ROS? MCboard? or anything that you guys can suggest.
