Hi Tolkit,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. The printer will power off due to a power outage this safeguards your printer from power surges when the power comes back on.  I am not aware of a way to get around the printer powering off when the power goes out.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox B210 - OFF after power outage

Hello everyone.

I have a problem with the Xerox B210 printer.

The printer after every power outage is completly off. No led light is on.

To turn it on, I have to press the multifunctional power on/off button on the control panel. The printer will then turn on.

The printer works on a LAN network.

I tried to set the IP address to static. Did not help.

The remote user is usually far away from the printer and does not know that the printer has not turned on.

Then he must come to it and manually turn it on if he wants to print jobs.

This behavior of the network printer is unacceptable.

 

Can anyone help me solve this problem?
