Xerox B210 black toner cartridge is not compatible

This is horrifically bad service and a breach of EU competition and consumer protection laws. I have the same problem and am absolutely spitting bullets

No, there is no way to make it work in your printer, you could try going back to Amazon for a refund.

We sell different cartridges depending on the type a contract you have, so if for example you have a metered contract and put a sold cartridge in your device you will get the message that it is not compatible or vice versa.

#1 - " SOLD/ Regular " - You own this machine. No Contract. No DMO/Dmoso. 
 
#2 - " Metered " - Cost per Copy, Renting Machine, Contract with Xerox 
 
  #3 - " DMO, Dmoso " - includes the marketing, sales and servicing of Xerox products, supplies, and services in (Latin America, Mexico, Brazil) the Middle East, India, Eurasia and Central- Eastern Europe (Russia area) and Africa.

I purchased an original black toner cartridge for my B210 xerox printer. I installed the cartrdige in the printer but it does not print. I ger the message "black toner cartridge is not compatible check user guide"

I noticed that the printer I had before had the product code 106R04348  and the one I purchased has the code 106R04346. On the box it has the name of my printer B210.

How come it does not accept it and it says that is not compatible?

Please help this is very frustrading I use this printer at work and I have a huge problem now that I cannot print.
