it can be done on the driver , aswell on the machine itself : 

copy/pasted from support section : 

1. Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel. The Machine Status screen will be displayed on the Touch Screen.
2. Select the [Tools] tab on the Touch Screen.
3. Select the [System Settings] button. The System Settings screen will be displayed.
   
   NOTE: If the System Settings option is not displayed, it is required to login as a System Administrator to complete this solution. See the Related Items below for additional information.
   
   
4. Select [Print Service Settings].
5. Select [Other Settings].
6. Select [Banner Sheet], and then select [Change Settings].
7. Select [On] to enable or [Off] to disable the Banner Sheet.
8. Select the [Save] button.
9. Select the [Close] button.
10. Select the [Logout] button on the Touch Screen.

Can someone give me detailed information regarding the Banner Page setting for the Xerox Color 550 XC PCL6?

To completely disable it, does it need to be changed for every user account on the network?
