I recently purchased 2 Xerox C230 printers for use on our school network. One is networked via ethernet and one is networked wirelessly. Sometimes when users print to either printer, the printer says busy, the blue light flashes. But nothing prints, the print queue is cleared on the computer. No notification is given. Here is what I have tried
Removed the printer in Windows 10 and readded.
Checked to see if there is a new driver
Restarted the computer
Unplugged the printer for 60 sec then plugged back in (into the outlet not a surge protector).
Sometimes they will print ok ad sometimes they just pretend to print.
