I searched our knowledge base and found this article for jamming in the duplex unit. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Has anyone ever had issues with being unable to print duplex due to the paper not feeding back into the rollers beneath the fuser/2nd btr etc? I've attached an image showing where we are consistently getting stuck at every time. The first side prints and goes through the fuser but stops before re-entering.
