I started getting a large stripe of white or faded color in the middle of prints anytime cyan is used. Figured it was the color drum and replaced it with a new one. Did a test print and the exact same stripe of white is still there on cyan only. I also recently replaced the fuser unit and waste toner cartridge so I doubt they are the issue. What else could cause this issue for only cyan? All other solid color prints are perfect.
The pics show the cyan issue for both before and after the color drum was replaced as well as the other solid colors showing no issues.
