in my case the problem with 3rd and 4th cassete drive pwb
If the local technicians are Xerox technicians they have whole teams they can call for support, and failing that they have access to get a specialist on site. Has any of that been done?
The fault is one of the ones Fuji-Xerox isn't real clear on so I am quite certain it will be needing a specialist to resolve.
Xerox Color 550 Error code 041 337, the machine is not functioning, The local technician are not able to trace the problem..... please help?????
