I'm at a complete loss as to how you don't have an option for custom in the Fiery driver. What does yours look like?
Mine is pretty obvious and it is the same in the launch Fiery driver as well as the 5.0.010.0 version on EFI now. Is there any chance you downloaded the right driver but didn't uncheck the "Query printer" option in the installer so you ended up with a Class driver from MS instead, or a V4 driver?
As for all your other issues before, all could have been handled by removing 3 check boxes, which are:
And
Hey all, I've got a strange issue happening here. We have a Color C60 that was recently (Within the past year or so) installed, and have had nothing but problems with it on the PC users. Either the printer driver would stop responding, print jobs would be sent but the printer would never get them, or programs would simply lock up when going to select a printer because the machine would take forever to load.
This latest issue is more urgent and very weird. As per advice from our vendor for drivers, we downloaded the latest drivers for the copier from efi and installed them. So far there haven't been any issues with the printing necessarily, but now one user needs to print on legal-sized paper, which is not an option. I checked the printer properties and settings, and there's no way to set a custom size for paper. How can I get it so this user can go back to printing on the paper size she needs? I'll be testing any possible solutions throughout the day and report back with the results
