Hi cdinwoodie,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for the Error 91.720 which is a Printhead Tilt Fault.  All the errors you are seeing are hardware related.  One other thing you can try is to power off the machine,  disconnect the network cable from the machine and power the machine back on.  If the machine powers on correctly and you can print out an internal report like the configuration report and or make a copy then the problem is with the cable or your network.  If the problem continues please consider contacting your local support centre

Xerox ColorQube 8570 Errors and jamming

This started happening last week with our colorqube 8570:  The unit has been continually jamming on almost every other page--after clearing the jam, the system will spit out a single sheet (I'm assuming it's clearing the path and cleaning off the drum), then make it's 'warming up' sounds, and immediately jam on that next sheet.  It's happening with every job sent and when I'm trying to get it to print the diagnostic report sheets.  After finally getting a full diagnostics sheet set printed I noticed that over the last few days, there were the following errors repeated a few times: 

 

Error 92,601.00  Electronics

Error 92,597.00  Electronics

Error 94,702.00  Drum Stripper DM

Error 91,720.00  Marking drawer unit

 

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find any good information to explain what these errors are specifically referencing. so if anyone has any insight on this, it would be greatly appreciated.
