Thank you dj_talkman for using the forum.

 

Our support tech identified from your post that it is not able to boot properly, so basic troubleshooting will be fairly limited, but try the following:

1)      Make sure power cable is undamaged and connected to a good power source.

2)      Power off, disconnect data/communication cables, wait 30 seconds to 1 minute, then power on without data cables/connectors present. If device initializes normally, then reconnect data/communication cables and attempt to use normally.

3)      Power off, clear any obvious paper jams, wait 30 seconds, then power on device normally.

4)      If the above do not resolve the issue, call for Service.

Xerox ColorQube 8570 INITIALIZING

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

when i turned the printer on it updated itself to the latest firmware from xerox site, then when i turned it on again, the initialization process started and it doesn't move on ....same message on the screen, no change. please advise me what to do?
