Hello ,
I have a Xerox ColorQube 9301 with error code 094-534 , at this time does not print and does not copy.
Needed help.
What can I do?
Thank you,
Best Regards,
Pedro Camacho .
The 94-534 is caused by the machine comparing the drum drive motor encoder output to the drum position encoder output. When they do not agree, the software will declare the 94-534 Drum Belt Slip error. So a problem with either one of the encoders can cause the problem. Historically the Drum Position encoder (on the front) has had more issues than the drum drive motor encoder.
Other causes for this fault can be the drum stalling due to a bad transfix roll bearing or a bent transfix roll stripper blade.
So your problem is likely an expensive one
is there any know issue, whenn replaceing the Drum Drive encoder on the CQ9301 ?
I oder the right one at my dealer with P/N 020K20520 for my CQ9301
but it will not fit, monting is ok, the the Cable have the same connector as the cable that came from the IMU board,
so It can´t fit togehter, because I need an male connector there
Hi,
If the part was made in 2017 it is possible to have a quality issue.
Gabi
how much cost to repair that problem error 094-534 for xerox 9201.. thanks for any suggestion
First, check the drum-belt first, clean the drive engine motor pully from belt rests,
and try a new belt, some people will rise the belt tension by adding a second spring, to
prever the pully from slipping, this will fix it some times, without spend much money
hi Paul, i m italian xerox customer, i have problem whit xerox CQ 9303, when I turn on the copier, it always remains with initialization for hours, without being ready, what is its problem?
I am not a Xerox Service Technican,
but I have also 2 Colorqube 9301
I got the same problem 2times, you should reload the Systemsoftware per USB with ALTBOOT, maybe it will fi your issue, (was my problem), or check the harddisk, you can use a simple SATA harddisk, (located at backside in the Bay in the Middle (underside))
it looks like, this is your problem
thanks
Paul
Hi, I have the same problem 094-534 where are these encoders positioned? My belt breaks off, i changed it, but still dont work...
Pls HELP :)
Got the same problem, also replaced the encoder with no success,
finally, it was the pulley from the motor, witch was full of wear of parts from the belt rubber,
clean the pulley from the motor, and it should work
