Xerox D125 that creases/wrinkles outputs

I have a d136 that did it on 20# text when i put it on plain setting.  I put it on lightweight and it went through correctly.  Is this what is happening to you?  What papers are you using; size, weight, grain direction, etc. that is causing the issue.

We hava a head scratcing problem with Xerox D125 that creases outputs. It seems like this is only happening to prints  when using high capacity feeders, trays 6/7. The problems worsens when duplex printing. We have cleaned all rollers in the paper paths, checked for any debris, torn pieces of paper etc. Please assist!!!
