Xerox D95 Copier Stuck / Frozen on Job

Hello,

When trying to print, copy, or scan on our D95, it seems to be stuck on the job screen with the message "Please wait. This job will start automatically." This has been happening on and off for the last few months and has recently become worse, where now it is always saying this when trying to print and won't get past it. We can delete the jobs and try it again, but it will just hang on that screen until we delete it from the jobs.

 

I have uninstalled the copier from the server, to rule the server out as being an issue, but that didn't make a difference. All of the firmware is up-to-date, according to our authorized dealer. When trying to complete a job, the job can stay processing for no limited amount of time. We had a one page copy job trying to print on this past Thursday and we let it process over the weekend and it was still processing this weekend when I came in this morning (Monday).

 

Has anyone else had this issue or can offer any input? Thank you.
