If it is just one page it is an image shift, and it can be countered by loggin in as the admin and going to Machine Status > System Settings > System Settings > Common Settings > Maintenance > Adjust image Position.
If it happens on a pages issue (the more pages, the farther the drift) it is a problem with the paper feed, which has 2 parts
1. Physical hardware issue (requires a tech to diagnose)
2. Paper is loaded incorrectly (Usually set at a higher GSM than it actually is)
For 2, you can sometimes use that as an advantage, increase or decrease the GSM/type to counter the affect (This is far from guaranteed to work)
You can also get the right placement by switching to another tray in some cases (If the issue is in how the paper is fed from the trays themselves)
