The best option for reporting these types of bugs is to speak with 2nd level software support. I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797.
We recently noticed a bug in the latest versions of the macOS drivers where the Xerox features window in the print dialog doesn't show the finishing options to choose from (among other menus) in systems running macOS Ventura. The same driver works in Monterey and earlier versions.
Has anyone run into this or know of a better way to report the issue to Xerox?
