A client has reported that suddenly all their FFPS drivers have the Xerox Features crossed out. Reinstallation of driver has not helped. Client is able to print otherwise but can not use Xerox features. Non Xerox features are not affected.
Seems to be a case of either cups permissions overwriting the driver files or all FFPS driver files having become corrupt. Do we have any utility to clean the corrupt driver files or any other solution to this, not so uncommon problem?

Hello Ashwani,
I was wondering if you had a resolution to this problem yet? I'm experiencing the same issue on my system.

I am experiencing the exact same problem. I've tried repairing permissions on the hard drive, resetting the print systems, reinstalled the driver (three times), and still nothing. Any help would be appreciated!
