I have never heard of this. I would recommend you call Support and request to speak with 2nd Level: 1-800-821-2797.
When we try to print from Windows Photo Viewer / Print Pictures (Select an image file | Right-click | Print), and select the Xerox AltaLink C8035 or the Xerox Phaser 5550DT printer we get a “Print Pictures Error” :
"Windows Photo Viewer encountered a problem printing your picture. Try reinstalling your printer, and then try again."
Sometimes we get two internal error messages:
"Your pictures can't be printed because this error occurred: An internal error occured."
Any ideas? (other than reinstalling the printer everywhere)
Both printers are using the "Xerox Global Print Driver PS" driver version 5.810.8.0N 2021.06.03 (recommended and installed by Xerox SmartStart 1.6.26.0) with Print Processor set to XeroxV5Print, RAW.
