I am having the same problem with our WorkCentre 7125 machines.

When I print one picture per page it works fine, but when I print 2 pictures per page I just get a thin strip across the top and the rest of the page is blank.

I have used drivers 5.377.6.0 and the latest 5.404.8.0 and it is the same with both.

If it was fixed in 5.347.7.2 then why has it returned ?  Can I download the older version anywhere ?

contact xerox to obtain it since its not on the public xerox.com site

I'm pretty sure this is an issue with how windows photoviewer handles the print job. We started experiencing issues printing large numbers of photos (jpg) with multiple photos per page (4) when we moved to windows 7.

The specifics of the issues had to do with the print job size. When printing those photos (4 per page) we saw the print job exploded to anywhere from 400MBs - 1GB+. Our current work around was to use Google Picasa which reduced the size of the print jobs, but it is still not great.

I have the same bug on 2 Workcenter 7345 in my enterprise using te lastest XGPD , pc6 , pcl5 and ps

this is a bug in the driver, should be fixed in a newer version

maybe in the new global driver released on 2 dec, didnt test yet

can some1 test this new driver to see iif the issue is fixed?

Same problem here with a Phaser 6350 and Windows 8.1 64 bits and Xerox Global Print Driver PCL or PS...  I have the same result as TrustedCloud with 4 photos and 2 photos on same page. Problem doesn't appear if I use Windows 8.1 driver for Xerox printers (Xerox PS Color Class Driver). But with this driver, menus are basic. No communicarion with printer to know how much ink is left or if you have two paper drawer, can't select the second one manually, etc...

Can someone from Xerox help us ???

I've conducted some more testing and my results are below

Printing from ApeosPort-IV C4470
Printing from ApeosPort-IV C2275

4 photos in one A4 size paper : Prints only line no good

2 photos in one A4 Size: Prints only lines

1 Photo in one A4 size: Prints OK

6 photos in one A4 Size: Prints OK

DocuCenter-IV C2270 printed all of the above without any issues.

There appears to be an issue only printing to some printer models, is this a known issue with the GPD driver and Photo viewer?

I would really appreciate a response. Our customer has spent thousands of dollars updating their printer fleet.
