Our company has recently set up Xerox accounting for all of our machines. This is working fine for all of the users but one. When this particular user tries to print anything but a PDF, he enters his code, and it prints fine. If he tries to print a PDF file though, it asks for his code, and then prints a sheet saying "This job was deleted due to invalid accounting IDs". It doesn't make any sense. He is pulling from the correct printer.
Thank you for using the Support Forum. You do not mention what machine you are using, but I would suggest changing the setting in Adobe to "print as image" in the PDF and see if that makes a difference. If not please let us know what machine you are using so that we can see if there is something else or please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
