That implies there is an architecture change between the devices. My guess is Win 7 x64 and Win XP x86.
Go to the Win 7 PC and install the latest PS driver on Xerox.com and share it out.
Then go to the Win XP PC, download the latest driver as per the above, and when you try to connect to the share tell it to use the driver you downloaded locally. This will install the printer on the XP PC, while also sending the file up to the Windows 7 PC where you could see it installed here:
You can actually try and install it there on the Win 7 PC, but that tends to fail more often than not. Once you do this once, it won't need to be done again as the server (Win 7 PC) will have the needed driver for both platforms

Hello,
I have a Phaser 3150 shared on a Windows 7 PC. When I try to connect to the shared printer and load the driver for the 3150 on a Windows XP PC I get an error message stating that "Windows cannot loacte a suitable printer driver." This is even after connecting the printer directly with a USB cable and installing the correct driver and testing the printer it will still not find the driver when trying to connect to the shared version. I have browsed to the print driver and still get the same message.
Anyone with any ideas?
Thanks,
Larry
