Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for will not print to see if any of the solutions will fix the problem you are having.  If they do not help consider contacting your local support centre for additional assistance.

Xerox Phaser 3010 Printing problem

Hello!!! Please help!

 

We baught the Phazer 3010 2 days ago, installed the drivers and set it up correctly... The printer settings is on A4 and the correct paper size is inserted, BUT, when printing it prints the document and then the ! indicator light comes on, when pressing the buttun the same document prints again and the ! light comes on again, when trying to print another document it wont print unless we switch off the unit and switch it back on... Please help this is becoming a huge problem :(
