I've bough brand new printer of this model and it's driving me to regrets for doing so.
Regardless what kind of drivers i used, keeps returning with error that the paper doesn't match the specified size.I've checked , yes it's not Letter , it's A4, plain.
First time printer is turned on - it prints last queue sent to it , and after queue is complete , returns with the error and is unable to print again , unless i turn it off and on again via the power button.
Currently testing under a win 8.1 machine , but it will be working with an win xp machine ( yes i know ... long story).
Anyone with suggestions please otherwise im considering to return the product?
