I tried to contact my local support, but they firstly told me that my printer has not that option at all. I had to explain them during a long e-mail conversation that it should be as it states in the manual. Finally, I did not receive any help.

I would first make sure you are on the latest Xerox driver.
Once that is complete, here are the steps for selecting double sided print on Mac.
On Windows everything works - I can set double-sided printing and manually insert the paper after first half of printing odd pages to print even pages.
On macOS 11 there is no option of "double-sided" printing. I does not show up. I have also Phaser 6510 and here it is. With 3020 it is not.
I'm using the driver from xerox support site. However, I discovered a mac tool named CUPS and there is an option for manual duplex showing by the driver. But setting it changes nothing - the printer prints all the pages single-sided.
I also wanted to print via Airprint for the first place from iPad. But there is also no option for double-sided printing. But it should be. Other printers have it there.
Have you any suggestions how can make it working? My local support can't help. Now I am very dissatisfied with that printer Phaser 3020 :( I have read that it has manual duplex before buying, but there is nothing that it not work on macOS and Airprint...
