If changing the toner cartridge didn't fix the issue I would contact support @ 1-800-835-6100 for additional assistance.

Xerox Phaser 3100 MFP print only solid black

Product Name: Phaser 3100MFP
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello. I need help. I have a Xerox Phaser 3100 MFP but prints only solid black pages, after I change the cartridge. With the cartridge came a card. What can should I do? Thanks.
