Hi jouken2032,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for the message you are seeing.  Make sure you check the side area for any scrapes of paper.  Also make sure you power off and power on the machine after checking for the jam and closing the doors.  If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox Phaser 3100MFP paper jam issue

Hi,

I have got 3100MFP. I have problems with printing: unable print with report "Paper jam. Open the front cover", but there isn't any paper at all, printer didn't even grab paper.

 

Please, help!
